We are partnering with a prominent financial services company that is eager to welcome a driven and enthusiastic Sales & Customer Success professional to their Paphos office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is fluent in Slovak and looking to launch or elevate their career in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
No prior experience is required, as comprehensive on-site training will be provided.
Location: Onsite in Paphos, Cyprus (Relocation required and will be assisted)
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + commission.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Promotion: Actively promote the company’s products and services to prospective and existing clients.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver top-tier customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of support at all times.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales by increasing the chances of future sales through effective communication and relationship building.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve sales objectives and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Flexibility: While standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, be prepared to work additional hours during peak seasons to meet customer needs.
Key Requirements
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Slovak with a minimum B2 level in English.
- Education: Secondary education with a school-leaving examination or higher.
- Mindset: Hardworking, independent, resilient, and motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Learning Ability: A fast learner with a desire to succeed.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building rapport and establishing trust with customers.
- Experience: No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
