Intergo Telecom Ltd, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of NOC Department (A2P SMS). In this role, you will be responsible for managing the A2P SMS and Voice operations of the company's Network Operations Center (NOC). We are looking for a dynamic individual who can lead and develop a team of NOC engineers, ensure service uptime and quality, implement best practices, and continuously improve our A2P SMS and Voice services. As the Head of NOC Department (A2P SMS), you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our company and contributing to our continued growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of NOC engineers, providing guidance, training, and support
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the NOC, ensuring service availability and quality
- Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures for A2P SMS and Voice operations
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, customer support, and sales, to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Manage relationships with vendors and third-party providers, ensuring service level agreements are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to A2P SMS and Voice services
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Telecommunications, Engineering, or Computer Science
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on A2P SMS and Voice operations
- Proven experience in managing a NOC or similar operations center
- In-depth knowledge of A2P SMS and Voice technologies, protocols, and best practices
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
