We are now seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales and revenue growth by working closely with our outstanding SDR team, converting leads into closed deals.
Responsibilities:
- Create strong relations and close new business leads within the enterprise market (BPO, Taxi Hailing, iGaming, Financial, Insurance, Ecommerce etc.)
- Deliver excellent customer service to both new and existing clients. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations. Establish customer trust
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations
- Understand client business objectives and challenges to present tailored solutions that meet their specific needs
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring optimal terms and conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Finance, to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing account management
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with a focus on telecommunications or related industries
- Strong knowledge of enterprise-level sales processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and present tailored solutions
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to exceed sales goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Experience using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and track progress
- Willingness to travel if needed to meet with clients
