Your Role as Kitchen Team Leader:
- Lead & mentored a team of 5 in a high-end culinary setting
- Work directly alongside Chef Theodor Falser, refining skills in precision, plating, and flavour innovation
- Coordinate the annual training & menu development program designed specifically for Nocturne
- Ensure the flawless execution of Nocturne's signature menu
- Report directly to the Amavi Hotel Executive Chef to ensure coordination of daily operational needs.
- Oversee inventory, food costs, and waste reduction to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and compliance standards (HACCP, food handling laws)
- Work with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Engage with guests when needed, understanding their expectations and feedback
What We Offer:

What We're Looking For:
- Graduate of a Culinary School
- 3+ years in fine dining or a similar leadership role
- Passion for local & international gastronomy
- Good English communication skills
- EU citizen or work permit holder
