We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team at Pafilia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling content, managing our social media platforms, and driving audience engagement and growth.

Responsibilities:
Help create and implement a content strategy to elevate our brand across all digital platforms.
Create, plan, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to each social media platform including Meta and TikTok
Understand Meta platform to help Digital team plan and schedule paid campaigns.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to build meaningful community relationships.
Analyze key performance metrics to optimize content and improve overall engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging aligned with brand strategy for both Minthis and Pafilia.
Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and platforms to keep our social media presence innovative.
Build partnerships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors to expand our reach.
Necessary Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong copywriting skills and a keen eye for design.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and scheduling platforms.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite & CapCut).
- A proactive, creative mindset and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent understanding on branding and design
- Fluent in English
- Ability to prioritize work, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Work cohesively with co-workers as a part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with administrative software tools such as WordPress would be an advantage
- Strong time management and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Highly organised, self motivated and creative mind-set with can do attitude
