Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of multi-unit residential and commercial buildings primarily within the Paphos district. The role will require splitting your time between our Paphos and Limassol offices, so we are open to candidates based in either the Paphos or Limassol areas, or those willing to commute to both locations. A company vehicle will be provided to facilitate travel between sites and offices.
While experience in a similar role is preferred, we will also consider candidates with backgrounds in Customer Service, Technical, or Administrative roles, provided they possess complementary skills. The successful candidate will be supported by our experienced team and receive in-house training to excel in the role.
Primary Duties:
- Monitoring standards at properties to ensure they meet our high expectations.
- Supervising service staff and contractors to ensure quality service delivery.
- Performing regular site inspections and creating detailed reports.
- Managing repairs and overseeing capital expenditure projects from inception to completion.
- Assisting in organising and facilitating client Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
- Acting as the primary point of contact for building owners/committees, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
Support Structure:
As a Property Manager at Qualitas, you will be supported by our extensive team of specialists, including legal, accounts, credit control, operations, and technical staff. In-house training will be provided to ensure you succeed in your role. We foster a collaborative environment, where teamwork is key, and value strong communication skills in all our staff.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A background in property or facilities management, customer service, technical, or administrative roles with complementary skills.
- Experience in a similar property management role is preferred, but not essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong verbal, numerical, and report writing skills.
- Proficiency in computer and administrative tasks.
- A pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide a proactive approach to property management.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Greek is essential.
Requirements:
- Must hold all necessary permits to work legally in Cyprus.
- Willingness to split time between Paphos and Limassol offices.
