Your main purpose
Project Development & Planning: Support the team in reviewing building plans in collaboration with the design team and consultants. Assist the Senior Project Manager in estimating project planning, milestones, and deliverables related to architectural design. Coordinate with internal departments to define project scope and manage relationships with consultants and contractors.
Scheduling & Compliance Management: Support project scheduling, ensuring adherence to timelines, requirements, and industry standards. Identify critical paths, potential delays, and implement effective scheduling strategies. Ensure project planning aligns with all compliance and regulatory standards.
Execution & Oversight: Conduct coordination meetings with stakeholders during the design process to ensure alignment. Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and quality standards. Facilitate timely support from the Design Department to construction teams.
Monitoring, Reporting & Risk Management: Report project progress to the Senior Project Manager throughout design and construction phases. Conduct site inspections and provide feedback to construction teams. Support risk identification, mitigation planning, and proactive issue resolution.
Budgeting & Documentation: Assist in budget management, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial constraints. Ensure proper project documentation, permit compliance (in coordination with the Permits department), and contract adherence.
Stakeholder & Team Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships within internal teams, consultants, and contractors. Address project-related issues, conflicts, and ensure smooth collaboration. Support the creation of cross-functional project teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
What will you bring?
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in design and construction hospitality projects. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Bilingual (Greek & English) with a minimum English level of C1. Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and AutoCAD (Revit knowledge preferred).
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources efficiently, and manage project timelines effectively. Problem-Solving: Innovative thinking to address design challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
Drawing & Visualization: Strong skills in architectural drawing (hand-drawn or software-based) and the ability to visualize completed projects. Analytical & Reasoning Skills: Critical thinking and rational decision-making to assess complex designs and justify project elements.
Organizational Skills: Efficient handling of paperwork, contracts, meetings, and team coordination.
Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication with clients, architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
