We are looking for a
People Business Partner to join our high caliber team.
Your Role
You will act as a strategic partner to leadership, driving employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. You will address employee relations, ensure compliance, and provide insights through HR data to support business goals.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Align HR strategies with business objectives and organizational goals
- Advise managers on issues such as performance management, organizational change, employee relations, and talent development
- Identify and develop opportunities to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
- Support the identification of training needs and the implementation of learning initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to design and execute workforce planning and succession strategies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies, offering recommendations to improve internal practices
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive HR-related projects and initiatives
- Use HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and propose solutions for improvement
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in an HR Business Partner
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Relations or a relevant field
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
