Your main purpose
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining design and construction phases, milestones, and deliverables. Collaborate with design teams to ensure alignment of project goals with client expectations.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to enhance project outcomes.
Budget and Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met. Monitor and control project costs, implementing strategies to stay within budget constraints. Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical paths and potential delays. Implement effective scheduling strategies to optimize project timelines.
Quality Assurance: Establish and uphold quality standards throughout the design and construction phases. Conduct regular inspections and quality control assessments to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation plans to minimize potential disruptions. Proactively address and resolve issues to ensure project continuity.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or changes. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations.
What will you bring?
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in design and construction projects.
Strong knowledge of design principles, construction methods, and project management best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools for planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Ability to assess risks, solve problems, and ensure project success within scope, time, and budget constraints.
