Candidate Profile:
- Degree/Diploma in Office Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role (experience in real estate is a plus).
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Professional, polite, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients, associates, and guests, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, letters, and documentation.
- Arrange meetings, book conference rooms, and maintain an organized office calendar.
- Assist management and the sales team with paperwork, reports, contracts, and application forms.
- Maintain and update the company’s CRM system with accurate client information.
- Prepare booklets and promotional materials.
- Monitor office supplies, place orders, and ensure the office remains well-equipped.
- Handle filing, correspondence, and other administrative tasks as required.
