Position: Junior Customer Support Agent (DE)
Location: Malta or Cyprus, (Hybrid)
On behalf of our client, a professional software solutions company, we are looking to hire a Junior Customer Support Agent (German speaking),for Larnaca or Malta offices.
Type: Hybrid
Responsibilities:
· Helping internal and external customers,
· Contacting other departments when there is an issue to be solved,
· Keeping customer request queues as low as possible,
· Customer research (bonuses, deposits, transactions, betting slips, documents, bet calculations),
· Handling customer request queues assigned accordingly to workload,
· Having a high knowledge of products offered by the company,
· Attending team meetings and activities,
· Taking over in the absence of their Line Manager,
· Escalating Technical Issues.
· Responsible for the emergency procedure.
· Chat and email quality assurance.
· Analyzing any promotion before it’s launched.
· Responsible for the banned procedure.
Requirements:
· Graduation of high school or post-secondary school.
· Min. 1 year of related work experience preferably.
· Strong communication skills.
· Knowledge of Internet related software.
· Fluency in German both written and spoken.
THIS POSITION WILL BE ON SHIFT BASES 7 DAYS 40HRS.
