Our Analyst role is designed for final-year undergraduate or postgraduate students and recent graduates.
Eligibility:
- Final year university student (undergraduate or masters)
- Graduated from a university within the last 18 months
Responsibilities:
- Prepare company profiles and teasers
- Assist in creating investor materials, including Information Memorandums (IMs)
- Support financial analysis and modeling
- Conduct market and industry research
- Assist in preparing pitch books, management presentations, and other key materials
- Support the due diligence process on active M&A transactions
- Stay informed on market trends and develop insights into the target client base and relevant industry dynamics
Qualifications and skills:
- A genuine interest in M&A and corporate finance
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong academic performance (e.g., excellent A-level results or equivalent) and on track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent) from a top-tier university
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- No prior experience is required, but internships or similar roles are highly valued
- Fluency in both Greek and English is essential
