As COO, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the business, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring all operations align with the company’s ambitious growth objectives. Working closely with the CEO and executive leadership team, you will shape the operational strategy while implementing robust systems and processes to enhance performance across all business areas.
Key Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a COO, Head of Operations, or similar senior leadership role in the fintech sector.
- Background working with competitors or companies operating in a similar space is highly desirable.
- Strong operational and strategic leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to scale organizations effectively.
- In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management in financial services.
