Now we are looking for a
Business Data Analyst who will be responsible for operational effectiveness and core metrics of the Sales department.
Our Stack:
- SQL (ClickHouse).
- Superset or similar data visualization tools.
- Apache Airflow.
- Python.
- CRM and sales analytics tools.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will drive business growth and customer acquisition.
- Collaborating with sales teams to understand their data needs and develop reporting frameworks and metrics that provide valuable insights into customer acquisition performance.
- Ensuring the availability and reliability of data by working closely with data engineers and other stakeholders to establish data pipelines, automate data collection processes, and maintain data quality standards.
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into actionable data-driven solutions.
- Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner through reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably in sales and marketing.
- Analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets.
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation/querying languages.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Superset, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, Pipedrive.
- Communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
