To continue exceeding expectations, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Guest Relations and Reservation Coordinator to join our team.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Guest Relations and Reservation Coordinator at Noa Beach Restaurant, you will:
- Welcome guests warmly, embodying the hospitality and charm that Noa is known for.
- Manage reservations across various channels (phone, email, and online platforms) with precision and professionalism.
- Keep the reservation system up to date, ensuring efficient table management and maximum occupancy.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations and personalized service.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with a positive and solution-driven approach.
- Coordinate group bookings, VIP experiences, and special events, ensuring every detail aligns with Noa’s high standards.
- Monitor guest feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the overall dining experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 2 years in guest relations, reservations, or customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Greek or Russian is a strong advantage.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, ResDiary) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding interpersonal communication, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
- Professionalism: A friendly demeanor, customer-focused attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
