HRus Partners (license number 414), on behalf of our clients, a well-established company within the Corporate and financial services sector, we are looking to find an Office Manager to join their growing team in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
· Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and requests, ensuring timely and professional responses
· Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
· Compile, type, and format documents to meet high standards of accuracy and professionalism
· Support the corporate administration of clients
· Liaise effectively with managers of the group, suppliers and clients
· Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including assistance with meetings, conferences, and personal events
Key Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in business administration or a related field
· Proven experience supporting senior executives or working in a high-level administrative capacity
· Exceptional planning and organisational skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
· Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity
· Self-motivated and proactive, with strong attention-to-detail skills
· Fluent in English and Greek both verbal and written
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft 365
