Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication platforms, including email, phone, and chat
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues to maximize customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strive for continuous improvement in service delivery
- Document all client interactions accurately within our CRM system to maintain thorough communication records
- Assist clients in navigating our services, guiding them through the onboarding process smoothly
- Identify clients' needs and tailor solutions that enhance their experience with our products
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on our offerings and best practices in customer support
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English is required
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar client-facing position is highly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on empathy and client satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment
- Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
- A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for assisting clients
