Administration Assistant
Scope and general purpose of the job:
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Administration Department
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet business clients and guests
- Respond to correspondence
- Preparation of land registry and tax applications
- Organise documents and files
Key competencies:
- Professional communication skills and personable telephone manner
- Proficient computer skills
- Fluent in Greek and English both written and spoken
· Detail-oriented and excellent organisational skills
· Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a similar position
- Qualification in Secretarial studies or Business Administration
