Your Responsibilities

- Work collaboratively with your team to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and product features
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential
- A strong enthusiasm for health, fitness, and customer service
- Previous experience in customer support is beneficial but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
