Responsibilities
- Engage with potential candidates and discuss career opportunities available in Greece
- Provide insights into the relocation process, including housing, local culture, and lifestyle considerations
- Assist candidates in refining their resumes and preparing for interviews with prospective employers
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed throughout the recruitment process
- Develop and maintain relationships with Dutch-speaking candidates and potential employers in Greece
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote career opportunities in Greece
- Conduct follow-ups with candidates after placements to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with candidates
- Experience in recruitment, career counseling, or related fields is desirable
- Knowledge of the Greek job market and expatriate relocation process is an advantage
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and recruitment software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
