Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Efficiently manage inquiries about banking products and services, providing timely and effective resolutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their banking experience
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and meet performance targets
- Participate in ongoing training to remain updated on banking solutions and enhance service proficiency
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest potential improvements to service delivery
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian is essential, along with strong English communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine commitment to helping clients
- Prior experience in a customer service role, ideally within the banking or finance sector
- Able to work effectively and independently in a remote environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
- Proficient with customer management software and technology
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
