IronFX is a leading global online broker specializing in Forex, CFDs, Commodities and Spot Metals since 2010. Noteris Services Limited on behalf of IronFX, is looking to hire an experienced Senior Banks Officer to join the Finance team!
Job Description:
- Follow, monitor and check that proper documentation is in place for client withdrawals and deposits
- Communicate and follow up with banking institutions regarding potential issues of banking executions
- Keep detailed records and create relevant reports of client’s funds
- Apply deposits, promotions, internal transfers and withdrawals procedures on all tasks given
- Process incoming and outgoing transactions in liaison with the Group’s regulations
- Follow client’s funding requests according to the Group’s policies, terms and conditions
- Monitor and investigate transactions failures
- Verify credit card transactions based on daily settled reports
- Bank transfers and daily statements analysis
- Implementation of the internal regulations and procedures of the Company
- In addition to these duties the Employee may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties within his/her capacity as necessary to meet the needs of the Employer’s business
Job Requirements:
- University Degree in Business Management/ Finance/ Mathematics or a related field
- At least 2-3 years' relevant work experience is a must
- Previous experience in the Forex industry will be considered an advantage
- Business fluency in the English language, both verbal and written
- Good time management skills and priority handling
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
