Y. Vasiliou is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual for the position of Back-office Administrator for the Immigration and Real Estate Departments of the firm. This role is integral to the smooth operation of both Departments and involves handling a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, copy, organize and compile supporting documents
Input information into application forms and compile filing;
Draft and receive client correspondence as directed;
Keep abreast of legislative and policy changes that may affect either departments;
Handling documents turnover: file management, keeping the documents, files and records updated and organised, assisting with execution of legal documents;
Daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports. Handle correspondence and communications, both internal and external.
Support back-office functions such as data entry, processing reports, maintaining records
Ensure all back-office processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Resolving internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner.
Performing other duties as may be required.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience as a back-office administrator or as a legal assistant will be considered as an advantage
Driving License;
Knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel tools;
Proficiency in CRM management in addition to knowledge and use of the software ZYGOS;
Excellent communications skills in English and Greek, both verbal & written. Any other language would be considered an advantage.
