Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our sales team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work with the exciting opportunity to travel to Cyprus for client meetings, site visits, and networking events. A valid passport is required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Client Management:
- Identify and engage prospective clients interested in purchasing flats in Larnaca.
- Conduct virtual and in-person property tours, presenting our flats' unique selling points.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and existing clients.
2. Market Research:
- Stay updated on the Cyprus real estate market and local property laws.
- Provide insights into pricing trends, client preferences, and competitor offerings.
3. Sales Documentation & Support:
- Assist clients through the buying process, including negotiations, documentation, and payment plans.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with real estate regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in international markets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Greek, are a plus).
- Familiarity with property sales in Cyprus or the Mediterranean region is an advantage.
- A valid passport and readiness to travel to Cyprus as needed.
