Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat communications in Irish
- Assist customers with inquiries related to electronic products and services
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and technical issues
- Guide customers through product features, usage, and troubleshooting steps
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in Irish (both spoken and written) is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar field is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team
- Interest in electronics and technology products is an advantage
- Proficient in using digital communication tools and customer management systems
