Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential
- A strong passion for customer service and helping clients achieve satisfaction
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated in a remote environment
- Familiarity with technology and comfortable using various communication tools
- Must be currently residing in Greece and eligible to work from home
