What To Expect
As a Field Service Technician in our Energy and Charging Field Service team, you will play a vital role in making sure both our Renewable Energy Storage products and our Superchargers are operating at their best. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will be travelling to sites and perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting and repairs along with commissioning activities across various locations within South Eastern Europe (Serbia, Bulgaria and Northern Greece). What You'll Do
Perform all on-site technical activities related to the installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance of our Energy storage and Supercharging network in Serbia, Bulgaria and Greece and abroad when neededTroubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis, both remotely and on-siteStakeholder managment, by acting as the first point of contact to contractorsTeam work on recurring issues and provide feedback to the engineering teamsOrganizational tasks, including preparing, organizing, and planning of your own technical activities
What You'll Bring
Experience as a technician in the electrical engineering fieldExperience with Low- and Medium Voltage electrical systems, High Voltage is a plusA passion for renewable energyExcellent communication skills and ability to work independently, motivated and a proactive attitudeFlexible towards travellingFluency in either Serbian, Bulgarian or Greek and a good command of EnglishLocal passport or work permit is needed for this position
