Responsibilities
- Assist Dutch-speaking candidates in navigating job opportunities available in Greece
- Conduct interviews and assessments to understand candidates' skills and preferences
- Provide valuable insights into the relocation process and the local job market
- Coordinate with employers to match candidates with suitable positions
- Support candidates throughout the application and relocation process, ensuring a seamless transition
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to refine recruitment strategies and enhance client satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Experience in recruitment, career counseling, or customer service is advantageous
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and employers
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the job market in Greece is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
