Responsibilities
- Offer exceptional technical support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues involving software, hardware, and network systems
- Guide customers through problem-solving processes, providing clear and effective communication
- Document customer interactions and accurately record the resolutions of technical issues
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality and enhance the customer experience
- Provide insights on recurring technical challenges to help refine support processes
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is essential
- Previous experience in technical support or a related IT role is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service
- Technical knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and networking fundamentals
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with stable internet connectivity
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, with full relocation expenses covered by the company
