Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Assist in translating and localizing marketing materials to cater to the Nordic market
- Respond efficiently and effectively to client inquiries, providing accurate information and tailored solutions
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions within our customer management system
- Collaborate with various internal teams to improve overall customer satisfaction and service delivery
- Stay up-to-date on company offerings and industry trends to assist clients effectively
- Engage in continuous training and professional development to enhance your skill set
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish) along with proficiency in English
- Prior experience in customer service, language support, or similar roles is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing client inquiries
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to relocate to Greece for this exciting opportunity
