Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the spa facility, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Supervise spa staff, provide training, and ensure excellent customer service is provided to all guests
- Develop and execute spa promotions and packages to increase revenue and attract new clients
- Maintain an accurate inventory of spa products and supplies and ensure they are ordered in a timely manner
- Monitor and manage the spa budget, ensuring expenses are kept within predetermined guidelines
- Ensure the spa meets all health and safety standards and regulations
- Promote the spa's services and products to hotel guests and visitors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing a spa facility in a luxury hotel
- Experience in sales, promotion, and marketing of spa services
- Extensive knowledge of spa treatments, products, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
