- Provide outstanding support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Address inquiries about our luxury jewelry offerings and help clients find the perfect pieces
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
- Engage in training sessions to develop your knowledge of our beautiful product range
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required
- A strong passion for luxury products and delivering excellent customer service
- Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not essential!
