We are looking for a self-motivated and inspired District Sales Manager at Thessaloniki. It is a field-based role and will report directly to the Area Sales Manager. If you excel at leading a sales team, delivering customer-centric solutions and collaborating cross-functionally, this role could be perfect for you.
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing a team of sales representatives in the designated district
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Ensuring the successful execution of promotional campaigns and marketing strategies
- Conducting regular performance reviews and providing targeted coaching to the sales team
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
- Preparing reports for upper management
- Traveling frequently within the district to support the sales team
- Manages effectively team and budget/cost focused on priorities to deliver on business plan. Plans, monitors and reports team activities accurately, in line with our standards;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a proven track record of managing a sales team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Building efficient relations with various internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Fluency in Greek and English
