Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and professionally to roadside assistance requests from Czech-speaking customers
- Provide clear and effective communication to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with local service providers to ensure timely assistance for customers in need
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately within the system
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and composure during high-pressure situations
- Collaborate with team members to continually improve the quality of service and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in customer service or roadside assistance is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Experience working in a remote setup is an advantage
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and software applications
