Soft2Bet is seeking a Head of B2B Lead Generation to focus on creating, optimising, and executing strategies that generate high-quality leads for our sales teams across Soft2Bet and its associated products.
This role requires a hands-on, creative, and data-driven leader with a strong understanding of funnel creation, targeted messaging, and campaign execution across multiple channels such as PPC, LinkedIn, and similar platforms. By leveraging Soft2Bet’s strong PR and brand awareness, this position aims to amplify lead generation efforts, turning visibility into actionable opportunities that directly contribute to the company’s revenue goals.
As the Head of B2B Lead Generation, you will craft and implement strategies to convert prospects into qualified leads, ensuring the sales team is equipped with a steady stream of opportunities. You will work closely with the Commercial Operations Director and CBDO to align strategies and campaigns, ensuring clear communication, accurate tracking of conversions, and measurement of success.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimise lead generation strategies that drive high-converting leads for the sales team.
- Create and manage marketing funnels tailored to specific B2B verticals, ensuring effective messaging and targeting.
- Maximise the impact of online advertising budgets by leveraging channels such as PPC, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms, always keeping ROI in mind.
- Collaborate and communicate closely with the Commercial Operations Director and CBDO to align on strategies and campaigns, track conversions, and measure success.
- Monitor and refine campaign performance using analytics and data-driven insights.
- Design cross-channel campaigns across email, digital advertising, webinars, and events to engage and convert prospects.
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, within SaaS or iGaming.
- Strong expertise in managing multiple lead generation channels, including PPC, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Deep understanding of funnel creation, optimisation, and digital marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results and meet pipeline targets.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Zoho, Heyflow, and Google Ads Manager to drive lead tracking and conversion.
- An analytical and creative mindset with the ability to interpret data and pivot strategies based on insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
