Today we are looking for a Financial Planning and Advisory Manager to join our finance team. This role is crucial in driving financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and optimizing our financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial modelling, and strategic planning efforts;
- Lead the revenue forecasting process by analyzing historical trends, market dynamics, and other relevant factors;
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of production, platform, and performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities;
- Coordinate the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish targets and assumptions;
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, integrate and develop reports based on BI tools;
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements;
- Collaborate with leadership to provide actionable insights for commercial decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced certification such as CFA or CPA is advantageous;
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis;
- Proficient in financial modelling and analysis, possessing advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software.
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills,
- Strong English skills;
- Strong organizational ability, adept at juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
