Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to take full ownership of the recruitment process. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle independently, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and post engaging job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Proactively source and build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update recruitment records and reports.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive and independent approach to work, with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Previous experience in recruitment is a plus, but not required.
