Seeking a Lawyer (Projects/Family Office) for IT Partnership Projects
📍 Cyprus, Paphos, 100% office-based
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the status of partnership projects in terms of:
- Legal structure;
- Key obligations;
- Bank account status;
- Open tasks list for each project;
- Covenants and SHA conditions.
- Legal support for partnership projects in Cyprus, UAE, and Serbia.
- Partnership Project Management:
- Structuring matters;
- Drafting internal agreements with general contractors;
- Maintaining and controlling project matrices;
- Participation in negotiations and coordination of various issues.
Our Expectations:
- 5+ years of experience in foreign/international companies;
- Knowledge of real estate procedures in Cyprus;
- Experience working with Cyprus governmental bodies;
- English language proficiency (C1 level or higher).
