We are currently looking to recruit a Business Development Associate based in Pafos to join our high-performing BD team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role as well as a proven track record of success in business development and strategy. Key responsibilities:
- Research and source qualified properties via market investigation (real estate agencies, property adds, etc).
- Establish B2B relationships with real estate developers and real estate funds to secure bulk deals.
- Present Moving Doors's value proposition, the essence of our business, and the benefits our product and services offer to landlords, real estate brokers, and developers.
- Communicate with landlords and real estate partners, negotiate prices and payment terms and administrate contracts according to company procedures.
- Manage pipeline overall business growth through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and local market sector knowledge to increase supply.
- Contribute to marketing efforts to expand our reach and relevance in landlord, real estate broker, and developer communities.
What we are looking for:
- 2- 3 years of proven work experience in the real estate industry and in similar position (in funds management or real estate development)
- Customer-centric business mindset
- Fluency in the English language (additional language is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills (negotiation experience is a plus)
