Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communication with clients in order to deal with any issues and follow up for timely payments, ensuring that the highest level of customer support is maintained
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely qualitative performance of the company’s obligations towards the clients
- Helping to update customer service policies and procedures
- Managing filing system and monitor procedures for record keeping
- Performing administrative work relating to the sale of property (Land Registry, Tax Office, Acquisition permits, Title deed transfers etc.)

- Effective communication skills
- Ability to diffuse high-tension situations through excellent customer service and good problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and proficient computer skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and work under strict deadlines and pressure

Qualifications and Experience:
- University Degree and preferably postgraduate studies in Management, Business Administration or Law
- Five years of experience in a similar, real estate administrative position
- Fluent in Greek and English languages. Knowledge of Russian language will be considered as an advantage
