ADMINISTRATION OFFICER FOR THE INTERIOR DESIGN CENTRE
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support
· Use the JD Edwards System to follow the company’s procedures for orders & waybills
· Issue Sales Invoices
· Coordination of supplier deliveries according to Sales Contract
· Receive deliveries on site & follow company procedures
· Perform clerical functions such as responding to correspondence and addressing delivery & supplier queries
· Address visitors and assist with their Inquiries
Key competencies:
· Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
· Keep attention to detail, be organized, pro-active and dependable
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Good communication skills
· Ability to work under pressure
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft office programs
Qualifications and Experience:
· Qualification in Business Administration or equivalent field.
· High school diploma
- Experience in a similar position would be an advantage
· Experience with customer communication will be considered an advantage
· Fluent in Greek and English both written and spoken
· Driving License
