Your ‘day To Day’
- Deployment of commercialization and retail strategy plan at their assigned Brand retail network by ensuring proper store operation and implementation of commercial guidelines by the assigned team, maintaining all visual merchandising standards and maximize customer service and experience excellence at each customer.
- Monitor and development of business performance at the assigned Brand retail network based on business KPIs and targets by analyzing key business figures and sales reports per Brand Store.
- Proper management of human capital and business resources in order to achieve the optimal store operation and maximize productivity.
- Collect, analyze and report consumer insights in order to contribute to the successful development of retail strategy plan by conducting direct consumer contacts and obtain feedback through weekly meeting with Store Supervisors and Advisors. Propose and contribute to company’s retail strategy by investigating and applying fresh innovative solutions and practices by other successful industries within or outside retail sector. Constant monitoring competition moves when available.
- Manage performance, development, training and motivation of Store Supervisors and Advisors by proving structure feedback to each individual in order to develop their skills and competencies. Foster the effective team and work environment and encourage initiative to allow individuals within the organization to maximize their potential within the job and increase the overall performance of the assigned Brand retail network, team spirit and motivation.
- Establish and maintain effective relationship with key partners (EZDs, Agencies) in order to ensure the optimal store operation and business results. Manage key accounts by cooperate in the development of strategic retail plans, alignment on business priorities and action plan and gain support at the assigned Brand retail network.
- Ensure close collaboration, communication and alignment with internal stakeholders and different departments inside the organization such as Retail Strategy department and Retail Deployment department.
Who We’re Looking For
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Around 5 years of professional experience in Field Sales or Commercial roles, including at least 3 years in team management.
- Store management experience and experience in a multinational organization would be considered assets.
- A confident and positive attitude, with a focus on strong collaboration and positive influence.
- Advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex concepts across the organization and make data-driven decisions.
- Proactive in taking initiatives and driving results.
- Fluency in both English and Greek, with excellent speaking and writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A valid driving license.
- Completed military obligations (if applicable).
