Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls
Responsible of filing, company records
Personal Assistance to the Managing Director.
Some sales/marketing tasks (minor assistance)
Qualifications
Admin/reception experience 6-12 months
Holder of Diploma-Secretarial field or Business Administration or a related field.
Multi-tasker person with good time management skills,
Admin skills, vey good Word and Excel knowledge .
