Andy Spyrou Group is the #1 Fleet Owner in Cyprus and the leading provider of mobility services, with operations in car rental (Europcar, GoldCar), car leasing (ASG Leasing), car sales (ASG Cars), and car sharing (RideNow).
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects across Andy Spyrou Group. This role will encompass oversight of existing operations and the development and implementation of new initiatives.
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute projects across all operations of the Andy Spyrou Group.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks.
- To Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project objectives.
- Foster collaboration and drive accountability among team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Fluent use of Greek and English language.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a multi-faceted organization is a plus.
