Responsibilities:- Proactively engage with existing clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Identify clients' financial goals and offer tailored product recommendations.
- Utilize effective conversion and retention techniques to maximize client retention.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
- Upsell and cross-sell financial products and services to existing clients to drive growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide informed and relevant advice.
Requirements:- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retention-focused role within the forex industry.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic with a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- A genuine interest in growing and developing within a stable and dynamic work environment.

Work Schedule:- 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
