WE ARE LOOKING FOR
AlchemyTech is looking for an Office Administrator to join our international team.
As an Office Administrator, you will be a part of the team focusing on overseeing the operations of the office.
In more detail, theOffice Administrator will be responsible to:
- Manage and maintain the facility. Ensure the office is fully stocked and equipment is functioning.
- Create and safeguard the respectful and enjoyable environment in the office.
- Create partnerships and foster effective communication with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. Messenger, Suppliers).
- Manage the Employee Benefits program. Review and suggest improvements when necessary.
- Manage internal and external communication channels (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events. Manage the conference calendar.
- Manage any travel arrangements as directed by the Management.
- Support the Management with administrative tasks and information requests.
- Perform any other related duties, as may be required by the Management and/or the direct Supervisor.

- Experience in a similar role will be considered as an advantage.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
