A dynamic Payment start-up in Limassol is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Financial & Transaction Manager to join their growing team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Transactions:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of financial and operational transactions, from initiation to completion.
- Acting as a transactions initiator and verifier.
- Prompt and accurate execution of client’s transactions and bank requests.
- Act as a central point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external parties to facilitate transaction processes.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory or contractual requirements.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including analysis of transaction profitability and outcomes.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure proper recording and reconciliation of all transactions.
- Manage the end-to-end process of fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat transactions.
- Maintain detailed transaction records for auditing and reporting purposes.
Financial Management:
- Review, analyze, and recommend client pricing structures to align with market trends and company objectives.
- Monitor client profitability and recommend adjustments to ensure sustainable margins.
- Overseeing the monthly bank reconciliation process to maintain accurate financial records.
- Liaising with external auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure timely filings and audits.
- Preparation of business plans, financial strategies, budgets and forecasts for the group.
- Manage day-to-day finance operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain close cooperation with banking institutions.
- Liaise with external advisors and service providers as required.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, AML, policies and tax requirement
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, ideally within the FinTech or technology sector.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
