We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Trading Platform Administrator to join our dynamic and exclusive team. If you have a passion for precision and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our cutting-edge trading operations.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Ensure the continuous operation and running of the company’s trading servers and systems
- Set up and maintain new and existing financial products
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support for users
- Work closely with our risk team to resolve issues related to the trading platforms and systems
- Apply ideal setup for trading infrastructure in terms of structure, security, and failover
- Liaise with IT department on all related technical issues
- General MT4 and MT5 configurations
- Configurations on bridges - OneZero, PrimeXM, T4B, FXCubic
- Improve and maintain the working order of existing procedures, trading environment, and configurations, groups, symbols, gateways etc.
- Integrate, test, and support of MQ native, third party and inhouse: tools, software, plugins
- Provide other departments with assistance in technical questions and ensure all tickets are answered
- Contribute to a positive and dynamic working environment
Work Experience / Knowledge
- Minimum 6-12 months of relevant work experience required.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and oral
- Experience with trading platforms, especially with MT4/MT5 admins
- Experience with any of OZ Hub, XCore, T4B, FXCubic will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge in SQL queries will be considered an advantage
- Good understanding of the Forex market

- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Microsoft Excel)
Working hours:
- Weekly rotating shifts (08:00-16:00 and 16:00-00:00), with the possibility of occasional night shifts (00:00-08:00) (Currently, night shifts are not required, but flexibility is essential)
Education
- BSc/MSc in Information Technology, or any other relevant field
- CySEC Advanced Diploma will be considered an advantage (but is not mandatory)
