Our client is a leading affiliate marketing company specializing in the online casino industry. Their mission is to drive high-quality traffic to our partner casinos through strategic pay-per-click (PPC) advertising and innovative marketing solutions. They are looking for a pro-active and experienced Head of PPC to lead their dynamic team of PPC Specialists. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Google Ads and PPC campaign management and experience in mentoring, leading and hiring a PPC team.
We will consider candidates that are based in Limassol or willing to relocate. Also kindly note that the candidates should no require any Visa.
Benefits:
- WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 09h-18h
- Salary: up to 4000 gross; very attractive bonus structure – double/triple their salary based on team performance (no cap on earnings)
Responsibilities
· Supervise the PPC team in their daily roles and ensure that they are productive and following internal processes correctly.
· Hold weekly individual meetings with the PPC team to discuss performance or any issues that they are facing.
· Resolve client and team issues. Understand how to effectively deescalate issues and involve the HR and senior management as needed.
· Contribute to a healthy culture that continues to attract and retain a diverse group of high-performing team members.
· Monitor and mentor the PPC team to ensure successful PPC Campaigns.
· Make sure that A/B Testing is conducted appropriately by the team to continuously improve performance.
· Monitor and analyse the teams campaign performance to make data-driven decisions and adjustments. Provide regular reports on KPIs and campaign metrics to the senior management.
· Implement effective bid management strategies to optimize ad spend and achieve desired ROI.
· Allocate the agreed budget effectively, minimize unnecessary spending and track and stop campaigns that are not profitable.
· Analyse competitor PPC strategies and industry trends to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
· Work closely with the monetization team and sales team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals.
· Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEM and PPC advertising.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 3-4 years of experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads.
· Experience with leading, mentoring and hiring PPC teams
Skills:
· Proficient in Google Ads, including search, display, and video advertising.
· Understanding of techniques to improve paid campaigns and drive ROI.
· Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools.
· Excellent understanding of PPC strategies and bid management techniques.
· Ability to write persuasive ad copy and create effective ad creatives.
· Strong project management and organizational skills.
· High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
· Outstanding ability to think creatively and identify and resolve problems.
· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
· Google Ads Certification is a plus.
· Experience with other PPC platforms (e.g., Bing Ads) and tools (e.g., SEMrush) is advantageous.
· Familiarity with the online casino industry is a bonus but not required.
