We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed
Account Manager - Arabic Speaker to join our dynamic team at HFM.
Your role at HFM:
- To assist clients with Opening new accounts and build a new client base.
- To know all the features and benefits of all products, services, promotions, bonuses, and trading systems offered to better educate the client.
- Gains understanding of client needs before promote Company’s services.
- Attain full understanding of the company internal operating systems.
- To achieve targets on a consistent basis outlined by the Head of Account Managers.
- Follow up on leads for prospective clients.
- Fully understands and implements all Anti Money Laundering and Know Your Customer procedures.
- To ensure that all up-selling and cross-selling opportunities are capitalised upon.
- Provide direction and guidance to clients for using the Company's trading system.
- Inputs detailed and accurate data and information in all internal systems.
- To develop a sound understanding of trading market conditions on a daily basis.
- Be proactive in self-development regarding sales techniques and industry knowledge.
- To use business development techniques in order to further improve their client portfolio.
- Carries out any further duties assigned by the Head of Account Managers.
- Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment.
Requirements
What you Bring:
- University/College Degree or Professional/Industry qualification in related field
- 2 years’ experience in sales or similar role
- English and Arabic are mandatory.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Self-motivated and target orientated individual
- Full training will be given All applications will be treated as confidential
EU/EFTA citizens OR holders of a Cyprus work permit OR foreign nationals married to an EU citizen.
